1. SUMMARY

Starclash does not currently require you to create a separate Qrow or Starclash account.

We do not use Starclash to serve third-party advertising, build advertising profiles, or track users across unrelated applications or websites.

Purchases are processed by the platform through which you obtain the Service, such as Apple, Meta, or Valve. Qrow does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.

The Service may process limited technical information necessary to download content, verify purchases, provide functionality, maintain security, and respond to support requests.

Some information, such as application settings and download status, may be stored locally on your device and is not normally transmitted to Qrow.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

Depending on the platform, version, and manner in which you use the Service, we may collect or process the following categories of information.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

If you contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive:

(a) your name, if you provide it;

(b) your email address;

(c) the content of your message;

(d) attachments, screenshots, logs, or other information you choose to provide;

(e) information about your device, platform, application version, purchase, or technical issue; and

(f) any other information you voluntarily provide.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for us to respond to your request.

2.2 Purchase and Entitlement Information

Purchases are processed by Apple, Meta, Valve, or another applicable platform operator.

Depending on the platform, Qrow or the Starclash application may receive or process limited purchase and entitlement information, such as:

(a) the product identifier;

(b) whether a purchase entitlement is active;

(c) transaction or order identifiers;

(d) purchase, refund, revocation, or restoration status;

(e) storefront, country, or region;

(f) the platform through which the purchase occurred; and

(g) aggregated sales or financial reports provided by the platform.

We use this information to unlock paid content, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Qrow does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card number, card security code, or platform account password. Payment information is processed by the applicable platform and its payment providers under their own privacy policies.

2.3 Download and Network Information

Starclash may download large audiovisual files from Qrow’s hosting or content-delivery providers.

When your device connects to a server to request content, the server or content-delivery provider may automatically process standard network and request information, including:

(a) IP address;

(b) request date and time;

(c) requested file or URL;

(d) response status and download volume;

(e) browser, application, or user-agent information;

(f) device type, operating system, or platform;

(g) approximate location inferred from an IP address;

(h) network performance and error information; and

(i) security information used to detect abuse or unauthorized access.

This information may be processed by Qrow’s hosting and content-delivery providers, including Cloudflare or comparable service providers, to deliver the requested file, protect the Service, troubleshoot downloads, manage network capacity, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Some network data may exist only temporarily to complete the request. Other limited server logs may be retained for security, diagnostics, operational, or legal purposes.

2.4 Device and Technical Information

The Service may process limited technical information necessary for application functionality, compatibility, troubleshooting, and security, such as:

(a) device platform and model category;

(b) operating-system version;

(c) Starclash application version;

(d) language, country, region, or storefront settings;

(e) download progress and completion status;

(f) application errors and diagnostic information;

(g) entitlement verification results; and

(h) information necessary to determine whether content is available or compatible.

At the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, Qrow does not use a third-party advertising SDK or cross-application tracking SDK in Starclash.

2.5 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Starclash may store information locally on your device, including:

(a) downloaded audiovisual files;

(b) download progress and download state;

(c) subtitle and language preferences;

(d) playback and user-interface settings;

(e) purchase entitlement status obtained from the platform; and

(f) other application preferences necessary to operate the Service.

Information processed and retained only on your device is not normally accessible to Qrow.

Deleting the application may delete locally stored audiovisual files, settings, and related information. Your platform purchase entitlement may remain associated with the platform account used for the purchase.

2.6 Immersive Device and Spatial Data

Immersive devices may use information such as head position, hand position, controller input, eye direction, room boundaries, or spatial mapping to operate the device and render an immersive experience.

This information may be processed locally by your device, operating system, or platform provider.

At the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, Qrow does not intentionally collect or store raw eye-tracking data, raw hand-tracking data, biometric identifiers, room maps, or precise physical-environment scans on Qrow-controlled servers.

Apple, Meta, Valve, headset manufacturers, operating-system providers, and hardware providers may independently process device and spatial information under their own privacy policies.

(a) IP address;

(b) browser and device information;

(c) requested pages;

(d) request date and time;

(e) referring page, where provided by your browser;

(f) security and error information; and

(g) cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure, or operate the website.

Qrow does not currently use the Starclash application to serve third-party behavioral advertising or track your activity across unrelated applications and websites.

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or other technologies that materially change our practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT INTENTIONALLY COLLECT

At the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, Starclash does not intentionally collect the following information for Qrow’s own purposes:

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Qrow processes personal information on one or more of the following bases:

(a) Contract: processing is necessary to provide the Service, deliver content, verify purchases, or perform our agreement with you;

(c) Legal Obligation: processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, tax requirements, court orders, regulatory obligations, or lawful requests;

(d) Consent: you have consented to specific processing, where consent is required; and

(e) Legal Claims and Protection: processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or protect users, Qrow, platforms, licensors, or the public.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

If Qrow is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar corporate transaction, information may be disclosed to advisers and transaction participants and may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any recipient will remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.

6.5 Aggregated or De-identified Information

We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for operational, reporting, research, security, or business purposes.

We will not attempt to re-identify information that has been de-identified, except where necessary to test the effectiveness of de-identification or as permitted by law.

7. NO SALE OR BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

Qrow does not sell personal information for money.

At the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, Qrow does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising and does not use Starclash to serve third-party behavioral advertisements.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely restrict further use, unless retention is required by law.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Qrow is based in Singapore. Information may be processed in Singapore and in other countries where Qrow’s platform operators, hosting providers, content-delivery providers, contractors, or advisers operate.

These countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws of your country.

Where required, Qrow will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, transfer agreements, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Qrow will take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal information receives a standard of protection consistent with applicable law.

10. DATA SECURITY

Qrow uses reasonable administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission, server, platform, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
